Peppermint Foot Soak: Reduce Swelling 1/2 cup Epsom salts 5 drops peppermint extract or 3 teabags of pure peppermint tea bags For a little extra, use 3 drops tea tree oil and 3 drops lavender oil How to prepare: If you are using tea bags, boil water and steep tea in large mug for 5 minutes. In a large basin or foot soak tub, add tea (or peppermint extract), salt, and oils (if using) to very warm water. Soak for at least 10 minutes.
